Day 31 31 DC - Recreate a Mani

Hello!!

So sorry this post is late, and especially on the last day :( Way to go out with a bang.. not. Unfortunately life got in the way and I had to attend a wake yesterday and I just didn't have time to finish.

I want to say before we finish that I'm very proud of myself and everyone else that participated for all the hard work we did. It's hard coming up with 30 different manis in as many days. I feel like I've learned a lot from other bloggers in the past 30 days, and gotten a lot of new ideas for manis for sure.

I also want to thank everyone that has commented or viewed my blog throughout this challenge as well. It means the world to me, and there's nothing more exciting than getting a new comment on something I've worked hard on. I also appreciate my new followers :)

So, for today's prompt we are doing manis inspired by our favorite colors, which by now I think it's pretty clear that mine is blue. So, here's what I came up with.

So I had a bit of trouble coming up with something to try today. As we've gone through the challenge I've done a lot of new things that have made me step out of my comfort zone, and I was racking my brain trying to figure out something I hadn't done yet. I settled on doing a Half Moon mani.

Day 12 31DC - Tape Mani

I had some fun with today's mani :)

I'm usually not patient enough to do a tape mani, because as I've said before I'm very impatient. And tape manis are surely something you really have to wait for the base coat to dry on. So I used a matte polish and a  holo polish and they both dry pretty quickly, so it wasn't too bad. Here's what I came up with.
